Our new fall WALKFIT™ & WALKSPORT™ programs are designed to encourage people of ALL fitness levels, ALL sizes, ALL shapes and ALL ages to benefit from and enjoy Urban poling (also known as Nordic walking). Come and try out a fun session of RUNFIT™ - whether you are a beginner or more advanced, we will run with you!
In September and October, come and try "Get on the Ball" - a 30 minute core body ball workout followed by a 30 minute body band workout at Cates Park. Then, in November and December join us for "Band on the Run" a 30 minute hike followed by a 30 minute body band workout in the forrest.
