Friday June 22, 2012 - Fresh Air Life - 25km Year End Finale Epic North Shore Hike
Welcome to the Fresh Air Life 25km Epic Year End North Shore Hike. This has become an annual event at Fresh Air Life each June as we celebrate the end of our Fresh Air calendar year. This hike is open to all Fresh Air alumni - as together we hike across the North Shore. Our epic hiking journey takes us along forest trails - across raging rivers - up mountian bike trails - over bridges and through the west coast rainforest as we travel from Grouse Mountain to Deep Cove. This has become a right of passage for many - a badge of honor for some and a wonderful way to celebrate ALL women in our wellness cirlce at Fresh Air life.

Hello Ladies,
The party we all look forward to each year! Welcome to our Fresh Air Life Summer Solstice Party - join all the fresh air alumni as we celebrate the first day of summer and our women's wellness circle.
This is a must attend event at the home of Eva Francis's - we will be making our flower garland headpieces once again this year - as it has become a new tradition!
This event follows the Fresh Air Life 25km earlier in the morning - so get ready for a big day!!
