Hello Ladies,

Please note that the evening walkfit gals will be meeting Jenn at 6:30pm at the Delaney's coffee shop in the Lynn Valley outdoor mall.

The weather looks to be wet - please dress for the weather and make sure you wear your gators! and have your LED lights and head lights.
