Happy Monday - Jenn will meet all of the monday hikers at the top of Lonsdale at 9:15am . We will be hiking for 2 hours in this fabulous area of Fromme Mountain.
Please make sure you are on time as we will be pushing off at 9:15am
Directions
Take the Lonsdale exit off the highway
Turn up Lonsdale heading north
Turn right at Braemar
Turn left on St Georges - drive to the top
Turn right on Wooddale - park at the end of this street
Please bring water and a light snack!
Jenn will be collecting names for those interested in the fresh air 25km that will take place on Wednesday June 27th from Grouse to Deep Cove. In the event you feel that you are not up to this challenge Jenn does recoomend you try the fresh air 15km that will take place on Saturday June 23rd from Lynn Valley to Deep Cove.
The Fresh Air Life year end summer party will take place on Wednesday June 23rd at 5:00pm the same day as our fresh air 25km as a great finale to a wonderful year on the fresh air trails.
For those interested Jenn will be hiking this summer in July and August. The fresh air epic hike days will be on Wednesdays starting at 8:00am. These hikes will be between 2 hours to 8 hours in length and there will be a drop in rate for all hikes ranging from $20.00 to $40.00 per hike depending on the length and organization of each. The longer hikes will all be in later August as there is still signifcant snow in the Whistler/Pemeberton area.

Jenn and Kathy will meet all the Saturday hikers at 8:15am at the Cleveland Dam parking area. We will be hiking/walking for 1.5 hours in the canyon - capilano pacific and the british properties. You will need to bring your booties...
The weather looks great for our weekend fresh air adventure. Jenn will be taking names this weekend for the fresh air 15km that will take place on Saturday June 23rd - this is a 15km hike which will start in Lynn Valley and complete in Deep Cove. Jenn does need a list of participants so we can organize the shuttles and food/water stations. There will be a $20.00 fee for this special fresh air event!

Hello Ladies,
Please note that the Wonderful Wednesday Bodyball class will take place at 9;15am in Deep Cove. If it is raining we will meet undercover at Panorma Park - at the BBQ picnic area just beside the washrooms. If hte weather is nice we will be on the Government Dock once again.
Jenn will have the bands - you can bring your body ball and mat. We will be on the ball for one hour and having Java with Jenn at Honey's following class for those who can stay.

Jenn/Lorna/Kathy are looking forward to walking with both the morning and evening walkfit ladies on Tuesday. The morning gals will meet at 9:15am and the evening gals at 6:30pm both groups are asked to park at the corner of Riverside Drive and Swinburne along the Seymour River of North Vancouver.
Directions
Take the Mount Seymour Parkway east
Turn left on Riverside at the set of lights just past the Superstore!
Turn left on Swinburne - park on this stree - Jenn will meet you there
We will be on urban and trail and therefore will need booties for our Tuesday adventure. Good shoes - gators and waterproof jackets are recommended as the weather does look wet.
Special thanks to all of the walkers who are on the Fresh Air Cruise this weekend - there were so many kodak moments - laughter and dancing into the night that was so good for the heart and soul. We have booked more rooms for next year as ALL of the gals have requested another " Walk on Water" experience!!

Welcome to our Thursday Walkfit class - this week Jenn will meet all the walkers early at 8:30am for our weekly walk.
We will be leaving from the Parkgate Center infront of the Seymour Bean. Jenn will be leaving on the Fresh Air - Walking on Water Cruise later in the afternoon - and appreciates all the ladies support in meeting earlier!

Please bring your own ball - in good shape - pumped up and ready to go. Jenn will have bands for those who are interested - and bring your Mats this week.
Java with Jenn at Honey's following class for those who can stay.
Parking may be better on the road near the kayak shop - you may not have carry your ball so far...

The weather looks great for our Tuesday walkfit in Sthaley Park.
Jenn will meet all the gals at 9:30am in the parking area of the information center just past the rowing club at the entrance to Stanley Park - pay parking is in effect so please bring your $$$$
If you are interested in car pooling we can meet at 9:00am in the Super store parking area and carpool over.
There will be plenty of kodak moments on the seawall and in the rose gardens tomorrow. If you are keen to have Java with Jenn we may stop on our walk for a caffine moment - bring some change if interested.

WOW - the weather looks fabulous for our fresh air adventuers this week!!

As we will not be hiking on Friday/Saturday this week due to the long weekend and the Coastal Cruise - this will be your one chance to get into the forest and find yourself this week!
